I discovered a solution to this problem --

ane.) Close all Microsoft Role applications

2.) Delete plist files associated with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. (Those were the only two office applications the client was using, had I seen plist files for whatsoever other MS Part products I likely would have deleted them as well. I too took the pace to copy the original plist files to a folder on the desktop in the event this caused and even greater upshot, I would have deleted the new plist files and returned the original plist files)

- To delete the plist files y'all'll need to locate the Library folder, different versions of MacOS have different methods of accessing this folder and so you'll need to discover the process that is associated with your version of MacOS.

- Within the Library folder, you volition locate the preferences folder (location may vary depending on OS version?) Then backup, and delete plist files that are associated with MS part products. They will be named something like com.microsoft.outlook.plist or com.microsoft.word.plist with varying additions to the proper noun. Basicly I deleted whatsoever plist file that had microsoft.outlook or microsoft.word in the plist file proper noun.

3.) In one case the plist files have been removed from the preferences folder, open outlook again. This rebuilds the plist files and is what resolved my event.
