I ordered ii security doors. I dearest both of them. But on was non welded where the door locks so water is going backside it and causing the door to rust. I contacted the company and they were then unprofessional and didn't care to fix it or arrive correct. I would non recommend them to anybody due to lack of customer service for there mistake.

Across Expectations. Our Santa Fe dwelling is a mixture of high blueprint and a southwestern flavor. We met with Dale and his team and challenged them to create a design nosotros created that was a blend of metallic fine art and teak. They made u.s.a. matching gates and presented united states of america with the design. On paper, it looked great and in real-life both were astonishing. Living near the mountains, we had a terrible windstorm that blew the gates backwards and broke the welds to the controller arms. Action Security responded immediately. The gate connections were fixed and look as if no damage had occurred. They are a top-notch company - worth the investment.

Ordered iii doors. while they were installing the patio security door i noticed that the lock box (which was welded on the exterior of the door, never have i seen such gaudy looking affair) was only tac welded in 3 spots. 1 was already broken, i i broke by just putting my hands on information technology and the third was almost broken by the installer when i showed him. There was missing welds on a number of the bars. Paint looked like it was done by a child. My front end door and the door going from the garage to my side k was installed using rusted shims. The front storm/security door looked as if a child tried using their plasma cutter. the possessor told me to wait imperfections. well this was more than than imperfections, it was somebody was lazy and didn't want to do their job. After the forepart and side doors were installed i lost about four" of door. went from a 36" door opening to a 32.five" door opening. They took the doors back to reweld and remake them. After speaking with the possessor who said he would come out to practise the install i was ok with everything. When they came back to install the owner did not show. the same two installers showed upwardly. Subsequently speaking with the installers they fabricated the proffer that i speak with the salesman and co owner. They said he would phone call me. I never received a phone call merely an email a few days later on just saying they were giving me a complete refund. The only good thing is their front office person Heidi. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Really disrespectful. Dale decided after numerous months that he did not want to disclose to the USDA grant process his EIN, his insurance, or even give a signed bid. He dragged me along for months with a unsigned bid and I got the grant merely to have him bond on me. Icky!

ASI provided FEIN, COI, and Contractor license numbers on 8/5/20. The decision to withdraw the quotation was based the aggressive demeanor that our staff experienced with client after providing the requested data. We were merely not comfortable working with the client.
